The Triwizard Tournament is getting a sonic upgrade.

The Melbourne Symphony Orchestra will perform a live score to screenings of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. It's the next instalment of the popular film (and book) series to get the live score treatment by the orchestra following performances of the music from Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets and Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban.

Patrick Doyle’s score will be performed in full while the fourth film in the Harry Potter series is played, uninterrupted, on a high-definition big screen.

In the film the boy wizard Harry attends the Quidditch World Cup, is mysteriously selected for the Triwizard Tournament and faces off against the Death Eaters – a group of witches and wizards led by the dark wizard Lord Voldemort.
