If you've ever lamented that one meal a day at plant-based diner Paperbark isn't enough, we've got some good news for you. For the month of January, the Waterloo restaurant will be serving an all-vegan brunch every Sunday.
From 12pm to 6pm, you'll be able to get your hands on snacks from the vegan restaurant's dinner menu – including its salt-and-vinegar potato churros – as well as new, more casual brunch items completely different to the dinner offering.
There will be burgers and bagels (from Iggy's, no less), and a toastie filled with lemon-myrtle-marinated eggplant, roasted cauliflower, and macadamia. If you can't pick, there's also the option to order a three-course tasting menu from the regular dinner offering for $50.
And if you like your brekkie with a side of booze, there's a brunch-friendly cocktail menu, including Mimosas, and a Bloody Mary with fermented chilli. The regular wine menu is also available.
Reservations are available, but the restaurant will also accept walk-ins.
